SURFACE PREP - PLEASE READ! Crystal striking surfaces are slick! meaning they will not produce a sound without being properly prepped. This is achieved by scratching the crystal surface to give the striker somewhere to bite against the crystal. Some folks like to do it themselves, so would rather have a section prepped. If you would like the call prepped please use the selection below to indicate that.
Calls are prepped in a very small area to maintain the aesthetics of the call. Please see the picture of a prepped surface to understand what a prepped call will look like upon arrival.
